ABSTRACT of MY THESIS

One of the
succesfull implementation of the construction project is determined by the
timeliness of project completion.completion of the project influenced by the
implementation of the work items include a carpenter productivity at work installing
doors and windows.many factor affecting productivity carpenter at work mounting
frame, including the factor age handyman,work experience,level of format
education and the level wages.

this
research. was conducted to gain influence factors on
productivity carpenter pekejaan frame of
the research used the description analysis, regression and correlation using manual counting.

from the
analysis it was found that there is a relationship and a significant influence
of these factor: age with ry = 0.2018, work experience with ry = 0.3059 and
wages with productivity ry = 0.2142 carpenter on the job frame. The higher
score factor productivity carpenter at work mounting frame,the higher their
productivity carpenter at work mounting frame,greatly affects the ability of
carpenter on the job due to mounting frame and skill levels,greatly affects the
ability of worker to complete the installation work frame that has a difficulty
level individual and spesific needs to carry it out.
